Sendah Wallet Learn how you can add funds to your Sendah wallet.

Your Sendah wallet holds the available credits you can use to purchase any Shop & Send product or to avail any service offered by Sendah including Send Load and Pay Bills. You can top up your Sendah wallet any time and you can always use your remaining credits for future purchases.

How to load/top up your Sendah wallet:

  1. Login to your Sendah wallet account.
  2. Select the ‘fund wallet’ option located on the left side of the screen.
  3. Choose your funding source.
  4. Enter the amount you would like to add to your wallet. The minimum amount is $10.
  5. Click next. You will be redirected to the login page of your chosen funding source.
  6. Enter your login information and complete the transaction.
  7. You will receive an email once your wallet has successfully been funded.

Credit Card Credit cards accepted by Sendah

Pay with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card. You can rest easy knowing that your personal information is safe behind our secure network.

How to pay for your purchases using your credit card:

  1. During checkout, choose credit card/debit card as your preferred payment method.
  2. You will be asked to fill in your card details. Keep this information confidential.
  3. If it is your first transaction, you may choose to save your card info for faster checkout in the future.
  4. Once you have entered your personal information, click ‘Confirm’ to complete the transaction.
  5. You will receive an email once the payment has been processed and received. 

PayPalYou can pay for your purchases on Sendah with PayPal.

Got a PayPal account? Great! Just make sure your PayPal account has sufficient balance or is linked to a working credit/debit card to avoid any problems while paying for your purchases on Sendah.

How to pay for your purchases with a PayPal Account:

  1. During checkout, choose PayPal as your preferred payment method.
  2. You will be redirected to PayPal’s login page.
  3. Enter your PayPal username and password. Keep this information confidential.
  4. Once you have logged in, click ‘Pay with PayPal’ to complete the transaction.
  5. You will receive an email once the payment has been processed and received. 

OneCard Use OneCard to pay for your Sendah purchases.

You must have aOneCard account. If you don’t have an account please go to https://www.onecard.net and register. Remember: Your OneCard account balance should be enough to cover your Sendah purchase. If not, please recharge your OneCard account before purchasing any items in Sendah.

How to pay for your purchases with OneCard:

  1. During checkout, choose ‘OneCard’ as your preferred payment method.
  2. You will be redirected to OneCard’s payment page wherein you will be asked to log-in to your OneCardaccount.
  3. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm the amount you wish to pay.
  4. Once your payment has been completed, you will be redirected back to Sendah.
  5. You shall receive an email confirming that we have received your payment.

PayRemit Payremit-logo

PayRemit is a payment gateway that allows customers without credit cards to shop online. Shop on Sendah and pay at any conveniently-located Ventaja-PayRemit partner outlet near you.

How to pay for your purchases thru PayRemit Over-the-Counter:

  1. Upon checkout, choose the PayRemit Over-The-Counter payment option.
  2. You will be redirected to PayRemit's payment page wherein you need to enter your email address and country of payment.
  3. Once done, you will be redirected back to Sendah.
  4. You will receive an email from Sendah stating that the order is awaiting payment and an email from PayRemit with payment instructions, a list of in-country agents, and PayRemit’s reference number.
  5. To pay, just proceed to an agent and present the PayRemit reference number.
  6. Agent retrieves transaction details such as outstanding amount, merchant, and deadline (payments for Sendah orders should be settled within 24 hours.)
  7. Agent accepts payment for the transaction and you will receive an email with payment details. 
  8. Your Sendah order will then be processed for fulfilment.

How to pay for your purchases using your PayRemit account:

  1. Upon checkout, choose Pay by using PayRemit account. You must have a PayRemit account. If you don’t have an account yet, please go to www.PayRemit.com and register.
  2. You will be redirected to PayRemit's payment page wherein you need to enter your PayRemit username and password.
  3. PayRemit displays your e-wallet(s) available for payment.
  4. Select which e-wallet you wish to pay with.
  5. You need to confirm the transaction by entering a transaction PIN.
  6. Once transaction is confirmed, PayRemit deducts the corresponding amount from your e-wallet.
  7. Once completed, you will be redirected back to Sendah.
  8. Your Sendah order will then be processed for fulfilment.

ABRA abra-logo

ABRA is a mobile payment solution that allows customers to shop online even without credit cards. Fund your Abra wallet through a teller or through your bank account to shop at Sendah!

How to pay for your purchases using your ABRA Wallet:

  1. Upon checkout, choose ABRA as payment Method.
    Don’t have an ABRA account yet? Download the ABRA app here button-app-store@2x button-google-play@2x
  2. On the Pay via Abra page, select your country calling code from the dropdown and enter your phone number registered with ABRA. ABRA displays your e-wallet(s) available for payment.
  3. Click Request Payment via Abra button.
  4. Order Confirmation page will be displayed. You will receive an email from Sendah with the subject: ”Your Order is Awaiting Payment”
  5. On your ABRA App, you will receive a payment request message indicating the order placed from the Ayannah.
  6. There are 3 options: Approve, Reject, and Decide Later.
    Click Approve. A confirmation will appear.
    Click Yes, Approve to complete your payment.
  7. You will receive an email with the subject: “Payment Accepted” when your payment has been successful.
  8. Your Sendah order will then be processed for fulfillment.
