Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed daily from Mondays through Fridays. Orders received before 12:00 pm (Phil Time) are processed on the same day while orders received after this time, are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed on the following dates: Friday (after 12:00 pm), Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day.

 

Product Availability

If your order will not be available within 24 hours, or is out-of-stock, Sendah will notify you by email if and when the item becomes available, or if the item has been phased-out, as the case may be.

 

Shipping

Sendah delivers ordered goods through any of our in-house courier group, authorized courier partner or our merchant authorized couriers.

 

Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day they were processed except when otherwise stated in the description of the item as displayed. Turnaround time for delivery will depend on the product category and the area of destination.

Sendah may charge additional fees for delivery of fragile goods & appliances (crating and special handling) outside Metro Manila. However, Sendah shall not be responsible for, and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized courier.

 

Sendah cannot guarantee the actual delivery date for certain products in its website that are outsourced (such as appliances, flowers, etc.).
